The Weminuche Audubon Society will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the community center. The speaker will be Ken Neubecker, the Eagle River Blue Trail coordinator at American Rivers and executive director of the Western Rivers Institute. The San Juan Stargazers meet at 7 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center. The topic of study will be Comet Ison, which will be visible in November and December. Group members will also begin a study of Messier Objects, which include 110 of the most beautiful and interesting astronomical objects in the night
