WinterFest. The festivities kick off Thursday with the inaugural Chilly Bowl contest at the Ross Aragon Community Center along with a concert by Caitlin Cannon + the Artillery from Durango. The Chilly Bowl will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 6:30. Tickets are $25, which includes unlimited chili tasting, the concert and cash bar. Also on Thursday is the Cabin Fever Cribbage Tournament. Entry fee is $10, $30 for a combo ticket to also partake of the Chilly Bowl and concert.
