Snowman Stomp Snowshoe Romp begins at 11 a.m. The annual Snow Sculpting contest will be on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the Visitor’s Center on Hot Springs Blvd. At 2 p.m. the “Anything Goes Downhill Sled Race” will take place on Reservoir Hill. On Friday and Saturday evenings will be the Outlaw Snowdown concert at the athletic field in Town Park. There will be food, beverages and lots of live, rockin’ music. Tickets on sale at www.outlawsnowdown.com.  Sunday is the Penguin Plunge, benefiting various nonprofits in the community.
