“What’s Up in the Forest on Our Public Lands” is a special program presented by Scott Wagner, the USFS Pagosa District forester for fuels and prescribed fire. Topics include the Colorado Roadless Rule, forest health and disturbance, effects of the Little Sand Fire and the long-term stewardship contract with J.R. Ford’s company. Doors open at the 4-H Extension Center at 6 p.m. with refreshments and social time. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome.
