Commissioners to consider medical marijuana moratorium, fire restrictions

The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to meet today at 1:30 p.m., with an agenda as follows:

• Call to order the regular BoCC meeting of June 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

A. Consideration of a hotel and restaurant license for Marcos of Colorado, LLC dba Marconi’s.

B. Consideration of a special events permit for Colorado Mounted Rescue, Inc. to serve alcohol at the Red Ryder Roundup Rodeo July 4 through July 6, 2013.

• Land Use Regulation hearing:

A. Consideration of a quit claim deed to grant portions of property in Aspen Springs Subdivision, Unit 4 to CDOT for U.S. 160 expansion.

B. Consideration of a resolution consolidating two lots into one in Pagosa Vista owned by Susan Worcester.

C. Consideration of a resolution consolidating four lots into one in Aspen Springs 5 owned by Jana H. Hoyer and Michael J. Cianciolo.

D. Consideration of the Kerrigan Exemption Plat No. 2.

D. Consideration of an intergovernmental agreement with the Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability for expansion of recycling facilities.

E.Consideration of a new job title and description of airport maintenance supervisor.

F. Consideration of a resolution implementing Stage 1 fire restrictions for lower elevations of Archuleta County.
