BoCC authorizes eminent domain, tables liquor decision at regular meeting

In its first regular meeting in nearly a month, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) voted Tuesday to use eminent domain to gain access to a communications tower and ratified a signature on a grant application for funds to build a new courthouse, among other things.
