Basketball tournament information

Pagosa Springs High School will host the first two rounds of the boys’ and girls’ state basketball tournament Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9.

Per CHSAA guidelines, tickets will be $6 for adults and $5 for students K-12 and seniors 60 and older. Only CHSAA and CHSCA (Coaches Association) passes will be accepted.

The tournament schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 8

2 p.m. — Girls: Lamar (11) vs. Salida (22)

4 p.m. — Boys: University (10) vs. Dolores Huerta (23)

6 p.m. — Girls: Pagosa Springs (6) vs. Academy (27)

8 p.m. — Boys: Pagosa Springs (5) vs. Florence (26)

Saturday, March 9

1 p.m. — Girls’ championship game

3 p.m. — Boys’ championship game
