NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties that proposed budgets have been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Fire Protection District and the Board of Trustees of the District Firemen’s Pension Fund for the ensuing year of 2013; that a copy of the proposed budgets has been filed in the office of the District at 191 North Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budgets will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees to be held in the training room at Station #1, 191 North Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to final adoption of the budgets, inspect and file or register any objections thereto.

NOTICE OF ELECTION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District, Archuleta County, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that an organizational election of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District shall be held on December 12, 2012, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The election is being conducted as a mail ballot election. Ballots shall be mailed to eligible electors between 22 and 18 days before the election.

The address of the walk-in location shall be the Archuleta County Clerk, Motor Vehicle Office, 449 San Juan Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado and shall be open Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, beginning at least 22 days prior to the Election Day and from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Election Day.

The purpose of this election is to determine whether Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District shall be organized and to elect the District’s first Board of Directors.
