San Juan Basin Health is offering a ServSafe Food Safety Protection course on Monday, Oct. 29, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; Tuesday, Oct. 30, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; and Wednesday Oct. 31, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, this three-day course is designed for professional food service management.
It will be held at San Juan Basin Health Department located at 281 Sawyer Drive, in Durango.
Advance registration is required. Please R.S.V.P. by Friday, Oct. 19. The cost of $150 covers textbooks, materials and the five-year certification test.
