The Town has received a “Notice of Appeal” from Vivian and Steve Radar (Collectively the “Appellants”) regarding the Town’s “Design Review Board’s” recent approval decision on the Wal-Mart (Applicant) “Major Design Review” Application for the development of a 94,000 square foot retail/grocery store proposed to be located in phase 4 of the Aspen Village Commercial Development for lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. The Town Council will hear the Appellants Appeal on October 16, 2012 at noon in the Ross Aragon Community Center located at 451 Hot Springs Blvd. The Town Council will hear testimony from the Appellants, Town Staff (on behalf of the Design Review Board) and possibly the Applicant, in consideration of their decision for Appeal.

The Town has received an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the new ownership of the Flying Burrito Food Business, currently operating at 574 South 7th Street, to continue to operate the business at 574 South 7th Street under the new ownership. The previous owners had received a Variance to operate at this location with the condition that new ownership requires additional approval to operate at this location.
The Town planning Commission will consider the CUP Application at a public hearing scheduled on October 16, 2012 at 5:15pm, in Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone interested in more information should contact the Town Planning Department. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Under a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered on August 2, 2012, in the above entitled action, the Sheriff of Archuleta County, Colorado, has been ordered to sell the Property described on Exhibit A to this Notice, which is all of the property which is currently encumbered by the judgment lien which is described in the Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure.
The Plaintiff named above is the judgement creditor in this action and is the current owner of the judgment lien which is secured by the property being sold. As of September 4, 2012, the outstanding balance due and owing on such judgment is $114,633.07.
THE LIEN FORECLOSED MAY NOT BE A FIRST LIEN.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN IS ALL OF THE PROPERTY THAT IS CURRENTLY ENCUMBERED BY THE LIEN BEING FORECLOSED.
