Join Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado Aug. 18-25 on a week-long backcountry adventure to help maintain one of Colorado’s treasures.
The Continental Divide Trail runs 3,100 miles between Canada and Mexico. This stewardship project will take place at Wolf Creek Pass in the Divide Ranger District in Rio Grande National Forest.
Volunteers will help maintain and restore sections of the trail by reconstructing and installing drainage features, widening the trail and removing loose rock and erosion-causing user-created trails.
