Registration at Pagosa Springs Elementary School for the 2012-2013 school year will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 14.

Appointments must be made for the registration process.

A parent needs to provide the child’s birth certificate, immunization record and social security number at the time of the appointment.
