SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts is honored to announce the opening of the SHY RABBIT Print International 3: An International Juried Online Exhibition.
This highly prestigious juried exhibition will be displayed exclusively online through Dec. 31, 2012.

Building upon the overwhelming success of the SHY RABBIT 2009/2010 Print National Juried Exhibitions, and in keeping trend with a rapidly growing global marketplace, the SHY RABBIT Print International 3: Call for Entries was expanded to include submissions from international artists.
This year’s juror, Juergen Strunck, was provided with several hundred submissions from which to choose. Strunck painstakingly selected 72 prints for inclusion, by 53 artists, representing 23 states and three countries.

Printmaker and professor, Juergen Strunck, is known for his colorful relief prints. He currently serves as professor of art at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
Strunck’s prints have been shown in hundreds of invitational and competitive national and international exhibitions — including the SHY RABBIT 2009/2010 Print National Juried Exhibitions — and have been featured in 60 solo exhibitions worldwide.
Strunck has served as juror/curator for 20 competitive exhibitions throughout the United Sates, and has also served as a symposium panelist for a number of national universities and highly-regarded print and graphics councils.
Strunck’s prints have been widely published and are in the collections of numerous public institutions including the: Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Fort Worth, Texas; Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, N.Y.; Library of Congress, Washington, D.C.; Museum of Contemporary Graphic Art, Fredrikstad, Norway; National Centre of Fine Arts, Giza, Egypt; and Museu Nacional de Belas Artes, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
