You don’t want to miss out on enjoying the prestigious annual group show, on display at SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts through Sunday, Jan. 22.
This prestigious annual exhibit features over 100 skillfully-crafted works of art by 18 local and nationally-recognized artists from throughout the country.
SHY RABBIT is open to the public daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — at no charge — and evenings by appointment. Ample parking is available in front of the building.
This is the perfect opportunity to tour the 4,000 square-foot contemporary art center, and to enjoy this wonderful show.
The artwork ranges from functional and sculptural ceramics, to unique hand-pressed and limited edition prints, mixed media artworks and reanimated animal skulls.
This group show features works by Sandy Applegate, Randy Au, Michael D. Barnes, Debra Blair, Marti Bledsoe, D. Michael Coffee, Denise Coffee, Patrick Shia Crabb, Lal Echterhoff, Charla Ellis, Ruth Fiege, Ron Fundingsland, Chris Haas, Gail Hershey, Karl Isberg, Maureen May, Jeff Pender and Brad Schwieger.
SHY RABBIT houses a fine art gallery and working ceramic studio, two mixed-media workshops and rotating exhibition spaces.
The unique art facility is located off the beaten path in a wooded commercial district of Pagosa Springs on the west end of town, and in a fully renovated, former auto-repair shop.
Visitors will be treated to a display of select works by SHY RABBIT’s highly-regarded gallery artists, many of who are nationally recognized and respected art educators.
SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts; Gallery, Studio and Workshops is located at 333 Bastille Drive; two blocks north of U.S. 160, off of North Pagosa Boulevard, west of the City Market complex.
