The second reading of Ordinance No. 764 (Series 2011) was completed at the Pagosa Springs Town Council Meeting held on September 6, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Town Hall. ORDINANCE NO. 764 (SERIES 2011), AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS AMENDING SECTION 8.10, CHAPTER 8 OF THE “DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR THE HISTORIC DISTRICT & LOCAL LANDMARKS”. The Ordinance went into effect immediately upon its final passage at second reading on September 6, 2011. The full text of the Ordinance is available at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall.

Dyke Diversion #2 has been used to irrigate the Irrigated Land. 7) In the Alternative, Diligence Activities: Between June 16, 2004 and July of 2010, the following activities took place toward completion of the appropriation: A.
