“The Fast Track to Permanent Weight Loss and Radiant Vitality - The Easy, Delicious Way!” is the title of a program scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Ruby Sisson Library from 6-7 p.m.
Local author, chef and wellness coach Tess Challis will discuss how anyone can drop weight quickly, safely and permanently by following just a few simple guidelines.
Her healthy weight loss program has been endorsed by Dr. Neal Barnard, president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and she has had countless success stories from people using her program.
