A review for a Conservation Planned Unit Development (C-PUD) will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for approximately 855 acres along Blanco Basin Road at USFS Road 660 (approximately 10 miles up Blanco Basin Road aka County Road 326).
The property consists of 3 individual parcels totaling approximately 855 acres. Three triangular portions are bisected from the bulk of the property by either County Road 326 or USFS 660. If approved, the applicant would be allowed to divide the 3 parcels of approximately 10, 14, and 17 acres from the largest 800+- acre parcel. There is a conservation easement associated with the largest parcel.
