Fort Lewis College is calling all alumni home. The FLC Centennial Alumni Reunion will be held on Aug. 5-6. Food, fun and live entertainment are all part of the reunion schedule. Registration is required. Registration forms and a complete schedule can be viewed by visiting www.fortlewis.edu/alumni.
Friday, Aug. 5, will feature canoe and kayak trips down the Animas River followed by a reception at the Strater Hotel. Saturday is bursting with on- and off-campus activities that include tours of Durango and campus, live music and dancing, games for the kids, and recognizing the alumni that make Fort Lewis College so special.
Returning alumni have the option to stay in the dorms on campus or take advantage of discounted lodging in Durango.
This year is the College’s 100th anniversary as a public educational institution. Fort Lewis has grown over the years, much like the alumni who earned their degrees at FLC.
The FLC Centennial Alumni Reunion is sponsored by the Fort Lewis College Alumni Relations Office and the Fort Lewis College Foundation. For more information, visit the website or contact Ross Nelson at 247-7427.
