Greg Wood will offer a Puebloan pottery workshop at Chimney Rock Archaeological Area, Friday July 29, through Sunday July 31.

In the workshop you will create Pueblo III Mesa Verde black-on-white pottery using prehistoric methods. With organic paints participants will hand-form, burnish, decorate and trench kiln fire their own handmade pottery.

No experience is necessary.

The cost for this workshop is $160 ,which includes all materials, an archaeological site tour and a great time.

Two college credits are available for this class for an additional fee.

Pre-paid, advanced registrations are required by July 17.
