National Weather Service, Grand Junction, presents 2011 Severe Storm Spotter Training.
A local session — combined Basic and Advanced Storm Spotter Training — will take place 6-9 p.m. Monday, April 18, at the Extension Office at the Archuleta County Fairgrounds.
The training session is free to the public.
Learn how to identify and report significant and severe weather to the National Weather Service, and learn how to accurately measure precipitation.
