The San Juan River Workgroup will meet at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Ross Aragon Community Center.
At this upcoming meeting, the workgroup will finish its list of recommendations. The workgroup hopes to have its recommendations developed this month and will then release a report in April, which may include both consensus recommendations and/or a range of ideas generated from meetings which started in February 2010. This report will be broadly disseminated.
This effort is headed up by a regional group called the River Protection Workgroup. The meetings are open to anyone and members of the group have a set of ground rules and process principles they use in the meetings.
