Perhaps you have a few pounds to lose after the holidays or maybe you need to start the year off with a healthy lifestyle change.
You may have received news from your doctor alerting you to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes or other health conditions.
Regardless the reason, First Place 4 Health may be for you.
It is never too late to make positive healthy lifestyle changes. Has your health interfered with activities you wanted to participate in, but you were not physically able? This 12-week session may be just what you have been looking for.
FP4H is not a “quick-fix” diet, nor is it a few foods that you eat so repetitiously that you get burned out. It is, however; a healthy food plan incorporated with an exercise that fits your lifestyle along with a structured, yet simple Bible Study and a weekly meeting.
Orientation affords you the opportunity to get an overview of FP4H. For this session, orientation will be offered on Sunday, Jan. 16, at 2 p.m. and again on Thursday, Jan. 20, at 6 p.m. You are invited to attend either time and have your questions answered regarding this health program.
The 12-week session will meet each Thursday, Feb. 3 through April 21, from 5:45–7 p.m. at Pagosa Bible Church, 209 Harman Park Drive.
