On Sunday, Dec. 19, the young people of the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will present the “No-Rehearsal Nativity Pageant,” written by Jory Agate, minister of religious education at First Parish (Unitarian Universalist) in Cambridge, Mass.
This multigenerational service is a participatory re-living of the story of Jesus’ birth.
Director of Religious Exploration DeAnna Hoyle comments, “This may be the highlight of the season. Instead of just hearing or watching the nativity, we are going to get inside it and make it our own. With all those willing to take part, we will add music and relive this revered moment.”
The annual All-Fellowship Holiday Potluck will follow the service. Bring a dish to share, and “be green” by bringing your own place setting. Everyone is welcome.
The service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Hall, Unit B-15, Greenbriar Plaza. Turn east on Greenbriar Drive off of North Pagosa Boulevard by the fire station, then left into the back parking lot and look for the big sign. All are welcome.
