Have you ever thought about exploring your past lives? Many books and essays have been written trying to explain the phenomenon called “past lives.”
In a four-hour seminar, part of Ilene Haykus’ “Healing with Hypnotherapy” course, she will discuss different explanations for the theory that we have, indeed, lived before. You will learn how knowledge and experience of past lives (real or imagined) can have a profound effect upon our current life circumstances. Specific topics to be addressed will include phobias, compulsive relationships, creativity and the consequences of karmic acts.
The workshop will be held Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in the Greenbrier Plaza off North Pagosa Boulevard. Cost is $35. Pre-registration is highly encouraged. To reserve a space in the workshop, call Haykus at 731-0553 or Southwest Light and Learning Center, 759-2983.
Ilene Haykus, M.A., C.H.T., has taught professional hypnotherapy certification trainings and holds a master’s degree in psychology from Antioch University. In addition to the past life workshop on Dec. 4, she will teach two additional classes in her “Healing with Hypnotherapy” series. On Dec. 11 she will focus on “Making Clear Decisions and Maintaining Healthy Behavior.” The Dec. 18 workshop will be on “Somatic Healing.” These are offered at $35 each.
