Using music, video, and images, Dr. Linda Schott will explore the concept of romantic love at this week’s Lifelong Learning Lecture.
“Romantic Love: It’s All About Us” is the title of Schott’s presentation that pulls from philosophy, history, and popular culture. Schott is the dean of the School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at Fort Lewis College.
To hear her lecture, come to the library this Saturday and find out how romantic love is really about us as an individual, not our partners.
Lifelong Learning Lectures are free and open to the public. They are held in the Turner Reading Room from 3 to 4:15 p.m. in the Ruby Sisson Library, located on the corner of U.S. 160 and 8th Street.
Please note that the library is closed during the lectures, so please arrive promptly.
