Come join the Saved by Grace Choir for its first visit to Pagosa. The choir will be performing in the new performing arts space located within the Wild Spirit Gallery on Sunday, Oct. 24, at 4 p.m. Director Harding Yazzie has prepared the choir to sing a variety of hymns in both English and Navajo.
Admission for this event is only $5. Tickets will be available at the door starting at 3:30 p.m. on the 24th.
The choir is excited to be invited to Pagosa Springs to sing. Based in Farmington, New Mexico, the group performs throughout the Four Corners region.
On a historical note, Harding’s father was one of the Navajo code talkers in WW II whose efforts help the Allied forces defeat the Axis in the Pacific theater.
Please call the gallery 264-WILD for more information. The gallery is located at 480 San Juan St., directly across from the courthouse in downtown Pagosa.
