Request for Qualifications:

Archuleta County is seeking to establish a pool of qualified vendors who are capable of providing professional Airport Planning, Architecture/Engineering, Environmental and Consulting Services for the Archuleta County Airport. Once this pool of qualified vendors is established, a separate Request for Proposal will be submitted to the pool, and a five year airport consulting contract will awarded to one vendor, probably in February of 2011.

NOTICE AS TO PROPOSED BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Upper San Juan Health Service District for the ensuing year of 2011. That a copy of the proposed budget has been filed and is open for public inspection and comment at the District Office located at 95 S. Pagosa Blvd. Pagosa Springs, CO. between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm weekdays. The Upper San Juan Hospital District provides emergency services for Archuleta County and portions of Mineral and Hinsdale County. The budget will be considered at the regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Upper San Juan Health Service District, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at 95 S. Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, CO.

THEREFORE, Notice Is Hereby Given that I will at public auction, at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, 11/18/2010, at 449 San Juan St., Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the said real property and all interest of the said Grantor(s), Grantor(s)’ heirs and assigns therein, for the purpose of paying the indebtedness provided in said Evidence of Debt secured by the Deed of Trust, plus attorneys’ fees, the expenses of sale and other items allowed by law, and will issue to the purchaser a Certificate of Purchase, all as provided by law.
