With the arrival of fall also comes the anticipation of the annual Woman’s Civic Club Bazaar.
This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m.– 3 p.m. at the Ross Aragon Community Center.
The bazaar, in its 36th year, is one of the oldest continuing traditions in our community. Put this on your calendar now.
There are 60 separate booths with over 80 individuals represented this year. Booths will be located in three separate areas — so don’t miss any of them. There will be exhibitors in the Arts and Crafts room (just beyond the computer room) a short six-foot walk down the hall from the raffle and bake sale. You can find more items just inside the main entrance on your right in the South Conference room, and as always, the gym will be filled with rows of booths. Watch for many details about individual artists, crafters and vendors in coming editions of The SUN.
The event will also feature the traditional bake sale, raffle prizes, and the recently added silent auction event. Snacks and lunch will be offered in the “café” in the gym area.
Booth spaces have all been reserved for this year. There is, however, a wait list established, and you may call 731-9979 for more information about booths and/or to place your name on the mailing list for the 2012 bazaar.
