Sunday Night Unplugged, a monthly contemplative service of music and prayer at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, will feature the talents of local artist, Tony Saladino this Sunday, at 5 p.m.
Saladino, a classically trained pianist, is equally at home with classical and jazz repertoire. He has brought his talents to area audiences both in concert and as a featured artist, most recently at Art in the Gardens and Passport to Pagosa Wine and Cheese Fest.
Tony, now a resident of Pagosa Springs, has served as professor of music at the University of the Tetons in Jackson Hole, Wyo., University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif., and West Valley College in Saratoga, Calif. He has delighted local audiences with his virtuosity and sensitive interpretations of classical and jazz music.
St. Patrick’s Sunday Night Unplugged is open to the public as a time of spiritual renewal and rejuvenation. The evening is centered on generous portions of music provided by featured local musicians, punctuated by readings and prayers. All community guests are welcomed to attend and refresh their souls with the creative energy of God among us.
St. Patrick’s is located at 225 S. Pagosa Blvd. Call 731-5801 for more information.
