The Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review a Variance Request for placing a 676 sq. ft. garage on a property prior to the primary residential structure is built. The applicant is proposing placing the garage at 296 Lewis Street, aka Lot 25 & Lot 26, block 3, townsite of Pagosa Springs. A public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2010 to be held in Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Boulevard.
