Hunter education classes will be held Aug. 26 and 27, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, and 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, at the Colorado Mounted Ranger Building, 302 San Juan St.
Students must attend each session. Cost is $10 per student.
If you were born on or after Jan. 1, 1949, you are required to have a hunter safety card before you can purchase a hunting license.
All programs, services and activities of the Colorado Division of Wildlife are operated in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
