A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District has been scheduled for Thursday, July 29, at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the district’s administrative office located at 100 Lyn Ave.

The proposed agenda is as follows:

1. Call to order.

2. Public comment.

3. Discussion and consideration of Community Water Supply Planning Group.

4. Consideration of recruitment of district manager — ESM Consulting Services.

5. Consideration of district bylaws.

6. Consideration of Records Retention Policy.

7. Ratify consideration of request regarding development from Tom Smith.

8. Consideration of interest payment to CWCB on Loan Contract No. C150261.

9. Consideration of requests for donations to United Way, Archuleta County Fair, and Rotary Chuck Dorman Memorial Golf Tournament.

10. Public outreach.

11. Consideration of district-provided meals .

12. Any other business brought before the board will be duly considered..
