The Board of County Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, in the commissioners’ meeting room at the county courthouse.

The agenda is as follows.

Call to order.

Recess the special meeting and call to order the Liquor Board.

A. Requests the board to review and consider approving a Special Events Permit for the Creative Outreach Charitable Organization to sell alcohol at the Art in the Garden event to be held at the 238 Pine View Drive on Aug. 21 — Claudia Smith.

Close the Liquor Board hearing and reconvene the special meeting of the BoCC.

New business:

A. Requests the board to review and consider accepting the 2009 Audit Report completed by Wall, Smith, Bateman, and Associates — Diane Sorensen.

B. Requests the board to review and consider approving Resolution 2010-___ removing the county fire restrictions put in place on June 29, 2010 — Drew Petersen.
