Hair styling class to benefit computer room

Elizabeth Young from Finishing Touches Hair Salon will teach a class on how to maintain great hairstyles for family members and friends. The classes are limited to 20 people, and admission cost is $40 (combs and clips included). Bring tools you use to trim your model’s hair with you, or there will be professional scissors and capes for sale at the classes. Be sure your model’s hair is clean and product-free before you come to class.

There are two classes on Aug. 24 and 25, each starting at 6 p.m. Space is limited, so please call the Ross Aragon Community Center now to make your reservation.

Proceeds from the classes will be donated to the community center to purchase new computers. So far this year, the computer room has had 1,801 visitors and 3,095 hours clocked in. So, please come and join Elizabeth on one or both days listed.

Someone out there is a scissor-hand in hiding; come set your style free!
