‘I Love to Cheer’ summer camp set

Attend the “I Love to Cheer” summer day camp and ride on the high school cheerleader float on July 3.

This camp for future cheerleaders is being offered by the high school spirit squad. Camp for youngsters in kindergarten through second grade will be a half day (9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) on Wednesday, June 30. Cost is $10

Camp for third through fifth grades will be held on Wednesday, June 30. It will be an all-day camp (9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.), for $15.

Sixth through eighth grades will meet Thursday, July 1, all day for $15.

There will be a lunch break at 12:30 each day. Participants can bring their lunch or buy lunch from the cheerleaders for $5.

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. each day.

All participants have the option of riding/walking with the high school cheerleaders in the July 3 parade. Red, white, and blue poms will be given to all participants who join in the Independence Day celebration.

Please dress comfortably for camp, which will be held at the high school.

Parents can pre-register their children at the high school from 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29.
