A Conditional Use Permit on a portion of 2,150 acres is proposed in a portion of Section 9, Township 35N, Range 2W, N.M.P.M. The proposal is for a major gravel extraction operation on the property. The property also known as Dutton Creek Ranch located approximately .75 mile from the intersection of Cloman Boulevard and Piedra Road.

The Town Council for the Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public hearing for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license application for Mark Sterling Leavitt dba Aspen Moose located at 2800 Cornerstone Dr. Bldg B2, Unit 4.
