Archuleta Seniors Inc. will hold an election for the year 2010 for new officers and directors.

Anyone wanting to run for election and wishing to be put on the slate of nominees, should submit a letter of intent to the nomination committee no later than Nov. 27, 2009.

All candidates must be a current member of Archuleta Seniors Inc. for 2009. When submitting a letter of intent, note whether you wish to be on the ballot to run for president, vice president, secretary, treasurer or director, or to be a member of the Area Agency on Aging.

The election will be held 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 11 in the senior lounge at the Ross Aragon Community Center for those members living in the Pagosa Springs area.

For those members living in the Arboles area, the election will be held 9-11 a.m. Dec. 11 at the convenience store.
