‘The Beat Goes On,’ Music Boosters 20th anniversary show

The cast and crew of Pagosa Springs Music Boosters holiday show, “The Beat Goes On, Boosters Across the Decades!,” numbering over 75, is taking a well-deserved break from rehearsals next week in order to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, although many will still be working vocals sectionals and dance reviews.

This cast is phenomenal!  The 19 represented musicals in the show begin with “Brigadoon” and end with “Meet Me In St. Louis,” and include “Music Man”, “Godspell,” “Fiddler On The Roof,” “Nunsense,” “Christmas Carol,” “Oklahoma,” “Oliver” and more!

Some of the original cast members reprising roles on stage are Andy Donlon, Jeff Shaupp, Kathleen Isberg, Lisa Hartley, Vicki Patterson, Candy Flaming, Kelly Patterson, Harvey Schwartz, Carla Kruger, Jennifer Alley, Stephanie Jones, Dave Krueger and Muriel Buckley.

Our musical combo is small and mighty, led by Musical Director Sally Neel with Sue Anderson, Venita Burch and Jared Burch.

“The Beat” plays the first weekend in December, with three performances only Dec. 4, 5 and 6..

Tickets are available now online at www.brownpapertickets.com or at the Chamber.  See www.pagosamusicboosters.org.
