Conditions allowing, fire managers will conduct a prescribed burn today , Nov. 5, of up to 110 acres in the Burns Canyon area approximately eight miles southwest of downtown Pagosa Springs.

Smoke will be visible from Aspen Springs, Pagosa Lakes and Meadows areas and from U.S. 160 on the west side of Pagosa Springs.
