A Conceptual Development Plan review for a 1,900 dwelling unit Planned Unit Development (PUD) will be considered by the Planning Commission for approximately 2,152 acres in the general vicinity of Piedra Road and Cloman Boulevard (approximately Sections 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Township 36 North and Section 4, 5, 8, and 9 of Township 35 North, Range 2 West N.M.P.M).
