The Town of Pagosa Springs will host a second public input forum regarding potential South 8th Street improvements, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at the Ross Aragon Community Center, 451 Hot Springs Blvd., in the South Conference Room
The forum will be conducted by James Dietrich from the Office of Community Services of Fort Lewis College.
Dietrich will present conceptual options to address concerns and ideas discussed at the first public forum held Sept. 9. Some of the items discussed at that meeting included: 8th Street safety for pedestrians; what can be done to discourage speeding; what can be done to improve attractiveness; need for streetlights; crosswalks; and more.
Citizens are urged to attend and share their opinions and ideas concerning South 8th Street improvements.
