Angela Marie Schrader was one of the many college graduates who received diplomas from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, Calif. She graduated May 23, 2009, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies and an area of concentration in environmental science. Her overall GPA was a 3.5.

Angela is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Baltazar Gallegos, of Pagosa Springs; the granddaughter of Lenore Martinez and the late Fred Martinez, of Pagosa Springs; the late Joe B. Gallegos of Arboles, Colo.; and the late Jane Martinez-Gallegos of Pagosa Springs. Angela graduated from Pagosa Springs High School in 2001.
