Citizens interested in commenting on the development of a proposed master plan for Reservoir Hill can attend a Town Parks and Recreation Commission work session scheduled for tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the court chambers in Town Hall.
The work session should last approximately 90 minutes and will cover a variety of topics relating to the current and future status of recreational opportunities available on Reservoir Hill.
Discussions will also be held on the possibility of evaluating, implementing or limiting new recreational components and activities on the hill.
Though the commission will take no formal action regarding a master plan during the work session, public comments will be allowed (speakers will be limited to three minutes to facilitate the session.)

Youth tennis sessions for ages 7-10 will continue to be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. -noon at Wyndham Resorts, and sessions for ages 11-13 will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m.-noon through the end of the month.
Participants are reminded that they must have a tennis racquet and non-marking athletic or tennis shoes. Running shoes can cause injuries as they are not designed for lateral movement.

Hooked on Fishing
All participants who have registered for this year’s “Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs” program should report to the boat ramp at Lake Forest at 10 a.m. Monday.
Parents who are not participating as program volunteers should make arrangements to have children picked up at the boat ramp no later than 4 p.m. Sack lunches are not required for next week’s session (July 20), as fish tacos and drinks will be provided.
Weather permitting, fishing sessions will be held each Monday at Lake Forest from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. through July 27.

Managers are reminded that team registration fees are $250 and due prior to the start of each team’s first game. Individual player fees are $30 and due prior to the start of each player’s second game. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Town of Pagosa Springs.
