Music Boosters bring renowned musician to Pagosa for May 2-3 concerts

2009 brings Music Boosters the excitement and rewards of a 20th anniversary celebration! 

With 20 years of hard work, commitment and dedication from hundreds of volunteers, the Music Boosters organization has provided the community with nearly 50 show productions since 1989. 

We have scheduled a unique Spring Concert for May 2 and 3, starring internationally-known trumpeter Chris Lawson, supported by our own local musicians extraordinaire!

We turn all of our profit back to our schools and community through a give-back philosophy that includes scholarships, instruments, supplies, equipment, and performing arts programs.  Our primary ongoing financial support and responsibility is to our scholarship program, which supports select college students majoring in one of the areas of the performing arts.  We currently, proudly support five students furthering their education in Colorado, Utah and Massachusetts.

Pagosa Springs Music Boosters celebrates a 20th anniversary in 2009, with a full schedule of events that begins May 2 and 3 with concerts by internationally-known instrumentalist Chris Lawson, backed by a cast of stellar local musicians.
