On Sunday, April 5, The Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will consider the topic “How Do We Give Expression to Our Faith?”
This sermon was originally written and delivered by Dr. Laurell Hallman, minister of First Unitarian Church of Dallas, Texas.
It will be presented Sunday by Susan Junta, past president of Pagpsa’s UU Fellowship, and is the concluding segment in a four-part series on “Becoming a Unitarian Universalist.” Quoting the sermon, Susan says “We can think or say we believe a certain value, but unless we act upon that value, it really is not ours!”
Susan points out that The UUA General Assembly will elect a new president in June 2009, and Rev. Hallman is one of the two leading candidates.
The Children’s Program will consider the Jewish holiday of Passover. Ahuva Novak will lead the exploration of this holiday through ritual and food.
Services begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Hall, Unit B-15, Greenbriar Plaza. Turn east on Greenbrier Drive off of North Pagosa Boulevard by the fire station, then left into the back parking lot and look for the big sign. All are welcome.
