Although Christmas is some months away, all you holiday shoppers make a note now and plan to do your one stop gift shopping at the annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This traditional event is usually held on the first Saturday of November. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this year the Bazaar will be held on the third Saturday.
Once again, we will be offering a magnificent array of items, including fine art, jewelry, holiday crafts, fabric arts, pottery, Vendors from all over the Four Corners will be represented. You name it, we’ve got it.
What would this event be without the goodies of all varieties for sale at the Bake Sale? You need lunch, a cup of coffee, a soft drink? Just stop by the Club Café, You can enjoy one of Dahrl’s famous barbecued brisket sandwiches or a hot dog or nachos and chili. The Boy Scouts will also be selling popcorn, if that is what you fancy,
This year the raffle will include a wide range of gift baskets, together with the traditional $50 money wreaths. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, and may be purchased from club members, or all day at the Bazaar. Don’t forget to make a bid on some of the items at the silent auction as well. More details about the silent auction items will be furnished later this month.
The annual Holiday Bazaar is the Woman’s Civic Club’s biggest fund-raiser to benefit the Ruby M. Sisson Library. So come to the Bazaar, shop, eat, snack and enjoy all for a good community cause.
