Special to The PREVIEW
Ladies, get ready for the third annual fall fashion show, Fashion’s Night Out.
It will be held at the Ross Aragon Community Center on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6-9 p.m.
This holiday season kickoff event is going to be spectacular. When Fashion’s Night Out debuted two years ago, no one could have predicted what a huge success it would be. To date, the event has raised $15,082 and the recipients have been Pagosa’s Youth Center, Head Start and our three local church food banks.
All of us at Happy Trails Ladies Boutique are excited to be able to give back to our community by sponsoring this event and we have planned and prepared for an even more fabulous evening this year. Proceeds from the Fashion’s Night Out fashion show event will go to Rotary’s Feed our Children program and to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
At the event, ladies will start the evening with a social hour; a mini boutique will be set up with clothing, jewelry and accessories, including two $500 gift certificates for a shopping spree at Happy Trails. There will be loads of opportunities to buy chances to win all of these fabulous items, with the added bonus that you get to help us raise much-needed funds.
There will be a cash bar tended by members of the Pagosa Springs Rotary Club and food will be catered by Two Chicks and A Hippie Cafe and Bakery.
Then, prepare yourself for one spectacular evening of “hot fashion and cool music” that will awaken your fashion senses. Happy Trails Ladies Boutique will introduce our finest fall and holiday fashion and accessory collections. We will feature Shelley Horton of Double D Ranchwear from Yoakum, Texas. Come and meet Shelley, who represents what has been called one of our country’s most, “Iconic All American Clothing Lines Of The West.” The company has been featured numerous times in Cowboys and Indians magazine.
So, ladies of Pagosa and Archuleta County, mark your calendars to attend an evening of fashion, fun and friendship on Thursday, Nov. 7, and in doing so know that you will help support the efforts of Women Helping Others (WHO) and Happy Trails Ladies Boutique, two organizations that are willing to generously give back to our community.
Tickets, at $35, are available at Happy Trails Boutique, 264-4260.
