The Pagosa Springs Town Council, town staff and proponents of a proposed urban renewal project on the 27 vacant acres next to The Springs Resort and Spa are slated to meet during a work session on Aug. 29 to discuss the potential of the town’s formation of an urban renewal authority (URA).
