Charter school sees growth in literacy skills test

Sixty percent of Pagosa Peak Open School (PPOS) students have met end-of-the-year benchmarks in reading for a test that measures literacy skills, and an additional 33 percent of the school has been labeled advanced, according to a report from PPOS School Director James Lewicki.
