Bells Across America celebrates signing of the Constitution

Town bells rang out Monday celebrating the signing of the U.S. Constitution 231 years ago, on Sept. 17, 1787. The event was coordinated by local members of the Sarah Platt Decker Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
